V-day is nice in its own way. This year may not be like others in the past for me due to all the craziness that Bob and I wading thru. Work, gaming club which Bob is doing a lot of work on this week and this upcoming weekend of going to a gaming con. Things happen. But at the end of it all we still love each other.

So, stuff in life happens and you're quite busy. And at the end of it all you still love each other. So what's the point of giving up a day to expressing a feeling that occurs anyway? Wouldn't it make more sense to dedicate the time you spend thinking of a way to spend the 14th Feb to thinking of how to do the other things that are keeping you busy?

Very true but I think its nice to take a day and appreciate what you have. Too often we take things for granted.

Ya.
I know my husband and I have been very busy in our lives right now so its easy to just take the little things for granted in it all. But life can be busy for all and having a day to just even to give a small thought can be huge.
