skdhfs FREEDOM

Sat Jul 12, 2008, 11:18 PM
  • Mood: Dazed
  • Listening to: Far Away - Nickelback
  • Reading: The Fountainhead - Ayn Rand
  • Watching: Transformers:Animated
  • Playing: the victim
  • Eating: n o t h i n g
  • Drinking: Refueling.
Cawledge finally FINISHED. Fraaaaag. That was endless. x_x

My final report grades were as follows:

DIPLOMA SUBJECTS (out of 7)

Majors
Music: 6
Design Tech: 5
Mathematics: 3

Minors
English: 6
Japanese: 6
Economics: 5

THEORY OF KNOWLEDGE (up to A)
ToK: B
Research paper: N/A

So that's something like 31 points on the diploma, plus what... one or two bonus points? If Oxford requires 38, I'm something like six points short. But, apparently they never give out top grades in the first year, and I already got told halfway through the year that I was basically Getting A Seven for English. I think I'll get a seven for Music too. So that's another two points. Plus I should go up something like three points in maths because I'm getting a real teacher over summer. I've estimated that my final grades will look more like

Music: 7
Design Tech: 6
Mathematics: 5 (or 6)

English: 7
Japanese: 6
Economics: 5

ToK: B
Research Paper: A

Which is more to the tune of 38/9 which is MOAR LIKE IT. >:3

ANYHOW.

I'm hiring my good maths tutor over Summer and we are doing everything together. <3 It'll be fun and I'll learn things. I missed learning things :(

Plus, I'm learning architecture! I decided to learn it anyway, and then I started reading The Fountainhead (which is Amazing Book which everyong must read) and got all fgsfds over it.

Well. I guess at least now I've got six weeks in which to live again. Hi, guise!

Oh wow, that's actually *it* for col? You don't have to go back? 'grats on getting out and I hope the grades are what you need.

You should make sure that you'll be able to easily stop working with the tutor if you find he's bad or you don't want it any more.

You're reading Fountain Head? :D I'm listening to the audio book and I love it. I think I'm on chapt 12, but I don't remember, so careful with spoilers. How far are you?

FH is 'Amazing Book'?
:iconseien-24:
LOL WHAT. Are you fucking joking sir. I have next year to do too. e_e ...you know, hence all my predicting for next year's grades. <_<

Oh, dude. Philip works on a week by week basis. If I don't want to do it, we stop.

I'm nearly at the end. 83

......Oh.

It's more like "VISITING HOURS!" than "FREEDOM!"

Cool @ week by week. I was talking about parent approval though.
:iconseien-24:
Yeah :<

Hahahaha, dude. I'm having to beg Dad to buy me all the lessons I need. I offered to pay for some but he said not to worry, he'd find the money if I HAD to have them to do well. He's all, just do as many as you think you need to do. So if I said I didn't think I needed to do more, he'd let me stop.
